Society of Agnes Saving Hands for the Needy was started by Mr. Gopu Sunder Reddy. The initial activities of the society have started in the year 2017. It started its social service by finally helping the students who were in need.

Mr. Gopu Sunder Reddy is working as a priest since the last 25 years in the Hyderabad Telangana. His visionary to help the people in need was the foundation for Agnes Saving Hands Society for The Needy. He has decided to name this society after the name of late Miss. Agnes who was his inspiration. She also helped Mr. Gopu Sunder Reddy complete his education.

He very much knew the value of education and started helping a group of 4 students initially and later expanded the number. Seeing his passion and commitment in helping the people in need, a few more members volunteered to join Mr Sunder in his journey. Which finally lead to the complete formation of The Agnes Saving Hands Society. All the members of the society contribute small amounts from their income and also collect funds from the well wishers to help the students who need financial help in Education. The students receiving financial help grew from 25 students in 2017 to 40 students in 2019.

Seeing the commitment of the society in helping the people in need, few generous donors started to show active interest in the society. Seeing this, the members have decided to take expert advice and register a society on 02.08.2019.
